Return Policy

“No Online Payment Required”

You can place your order via our website and one of our consultants will contact you to confirm your order/specs.

We only require 20% deposit until your goods are made or feel free to place your order by calling our showroom on 020 8616 4199

If your goods are faulty, please begin by calling one of our service representatives on 020 8616 4199 who will advise you how to proceed.

We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods.  This does not apply to goods made to order. Please notify us by email where you will be advised on how best to proceed.

If you are returning your goods.  Our returns address is:  2-6 Aldermun Judge Mall, Eden Walk Shopping Centre, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1BS

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within this timeframe. This does not apply to goods made to order.  Please use insured registered delivery service to return goods retaining your proof of collection. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and must not have been used or assembled by the customer in any way. We reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
